Welcome to Gemstone Wellness Group. You have come to a safe, judgement free and compassionate place. Obama once said, Change is never easy but always possible. Are you ready for change. Many times I have encountered two ways we view change either we want it and don’t know how to grasp it, or we don’t want and don’t know how to accept it. Therefore, rather its voluntary or involuntary change is hard. What is the first step in either way you might ask ? Is A positive and open mindset. Your mindset controls so much of your mood, interactions and decisions it has to be nourished, rested and protected. I have many years in experience in practicing clinical mental health therapy. Some interventions I enjoy utilizing includes TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I hope to aid you in addressing different issues including but not limited to, self-esteem building/empowerment, depression, anxiety and more.

I enjoy working with teens, adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem concerns. 1 also see clients that have concerns with postpartum depression and other perinatal concerns.

Tenia Lee is a Licensed Master's-Level Social Worker at Gemstone Wellness Group who offers compassionate, collaborative support for individuals seeking growth, healing, and a stronger sense of self.
Her work is rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based approach that helps clients build healthy habits, overcome barriers, and develop deeper self-awareness.

Tenia works with adults, couples, and children ages 11 and up. She creates a judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to move forward.
She has specialized training in supporting adolescents and adults navigating the aftereffects of trauma, and she works with concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, and related life challenges.

Gabby Palmer-Pratt joined our practice in September 2025 as an Administrative Assistant. She plays a key role in supporting the team by managing onboarding processes and handling a variety of clerical and administrative duties that keep our operations running smoothly.
